Returns and Refund Policy

Can I return a product purchased on the Secretcrypt.co.uk website?

You have the right to return your product for any reason within 30 days. The return period is calculated from the day your order is delivered. The item(s) must be unopened, in the original packaging and accompanied by a return merchandise authorisation number (RMA). The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 10 business days of receiving the returned goods.

To Return an Item

Email support@secretcrypt.co.uk with your order number to request an RMA number. Please provide your order number when making this request. Add the RMA number within the return.

We recommend that you return the package via a trackable method. Please note that Secret Crypt does not cover the cost of return postage.
